Tecan Contract Development Manufacturing Operations (CDMO) Solutions is a rapidly growing global OEM services leader in the contract manufacturing and technology development of high-quality MedTech and Life Sciences products. Tecan is helping its clients maximize the potential of their core technologies, expediting the transition from NPI to full-scale manufacturing. Tecan CDMO Solutions seeks an ICT Test Technician to work with the ICT Test Development team. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams supporting ICT tests for NPI and commercial excellence teams to deliver outstanding results for our trusted partners. This role will train with the ICT Test Development team to test PCBAs and troubleshoot issues. This role reports to the Manufacturing Manager and works on the day shift (M-F, 7:00 am -3:30 pm). CORE RESPONSIBILITIES & ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Responsible for ICT testing and troubleshooting of complex printed circuit board assemblies (PCBA). Skilled at working with analog and digital circuits. Skilled in using electronic laboratory test equipment and instrumentation such as scopes and DMMs. MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: 5+ years in contract manufacturing environment specializing in PCBA. Strong, practical organizational skills and a detail-oriented ability to multitask are required. Ability to read and interpret engineering instructions, schematics, technical procedures, and reports. Ability to interpret various instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, supervisors, and employees. PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Minimum of 3 years of experience as an ICT Test Technician Our purpose. At Tecan, we are driven to improve people’s lives and health.
