We are looking for a motivated and detail-focused Human Resources Coordinator to join our client's dynamic HR team in Sandy Springs, GA. This position is perfect for someone with hands-on experience in end-to-end recruiting, HR operations, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced setting, possess outstanding organizational and communication abilities, and consistently approach challenges with a proactive, solution-driven attitude.

Primary Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Oversee the entire recruitment process, including posting jobs, screening applicants, conducting interviews, and managing onboarding activities.

HR Operations: Keep employee records up to date, assist with payroll administration, and ensure adherence to labor regulations and company policies.

HRIS & Data Management: Use HRIS platforms such as Paycom or ADP to maintain employee data, produce reports, and support audit processes.

Reporting & Analytics: Leverage Excel (including pivot tables and formulas) to analyze HR data and provide insights for decision-making.

Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accuracy in job documentation, labor allocations, and wage law compliance.

Employee Support: Act as a resource for employees, addressing questions about HR policies, benefits, and procedures.

Qualifications:

At least 2 years of experience in HR coordination or full-cycle recruiting.

Proficiency with HRIS platforms (Paycom preferred; ADP also acceptable).

Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and pivot tables.

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Must be within commuting distance of Sandy Springs, GA.

PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year

$25.00 to $26.00 per hour
