Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns. Deliver timely, accurate, and professional responses via phone, email, and in person. Coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and documentation related to property services. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction. Maintain detailed records of client interactions using company CRM systems. Provide administrative support for property transactions and client onboarding. Monitor client feedback and contribute to continuous service improvement. Qualifications
Qualifications
Proven experience in a customer service, real estate, or administrative support role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms. High attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
