Job Description We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Account Manager Liaison

to join our growing team in Austin. In this role, you will serve as the primary bridge between clients and our internal departments, ensuring consistent communication, efficient account handling, and an exceptional client experience. Your ability to manage relationships, coordinate solutions, and deliver results will play a vital role in our continued success. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams

Maintain and monitor active client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and issue resolution

Communicate project updates, deadlines, and deliverables across departments

Support the onboarding process of new clients and ensure smooth handoffs

Collaborate with management to analyze account trends and identify opportunities for growth

Prepare regular status reports and performance summaries for stakeholders

Maintain detailed documentation of all communications and account activities

Address escalations with professionalism and urgency

Qualifications

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Real Estate, or related field (preferred)

Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, client services, or liaison roles

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Proficient with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and internal project tracking tools

Strong interpersonal skills and a client-first mindset
