About The Position

We are seeking a Hematologist/Oncologist for a 60-day locum tenens assignment in Michigan. This opportunity begins on Oct 1, 2025, and involves weekday shifts from 8 AM to 5 PM, with after-hours call participation. The role focuses on tumor board participation, ordering tests and images, and prescribing treatments.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Participate actively in tumor board reviews
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests
  • Order imaging studies as required
  • Prescribe appropriate treatment plans
  • Perform necessary procedures including FNA/Biopsy


Additional Information

  • Must be board certified in Hematology
  • Active MI license strongly preferred
  • BLS certification required
  • DEA certification required
  • Familiarity with Epic EMR systems
