Overview This role is with a large, well-funded Private Equity/Real Estate Fund with over a 20-year track record of responsible investing. The client is seeking a VP/Director of Real Estate Investments to lead acquisitions/investments for the firm’s $100B investment portfolio.

Ensure that real estate initiatives support the company’s business objectives, operational efficiency, and financial performance. Direct the full life-cycle acquisitions process from sourcing to closing, working with internal and external partners to build the firm’s brand while performing rigorous analytical and due diligence responsibilities. Analyze target markets, identify market trends, and translate insights into actionable investment strategies. Develop and execute strategies to enhance strategic alliances and optimize capital allocation through direct investments/acquisitions. Manage, develop, and mentor the Acquisition Team and implement processes to support their success. Collaborate with senior leaders across business units to support expansion, consolidation, and relocation needs. Qualifications
6+ years of professional experience with commercial real estate. Top academic pedigree required. CFA or MBA strongly preferred. Proven track record of managing and developing analysts. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including data modeling, research, and quantitative analysis. High interest in economic and financial market trends; excellent client-facing skills and service orientation. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders and communicate complex issues to senior management and clients, verbally and in writing. Seniority
