Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee healthcare construction projects throughout Philadelphia. The ideal candidate has a proven record of tenure with previous employers and is ready to commit to long-term projects with a company offering competitive salaries and comprehensive benefits.

The Project Manager will manage all aspects of project execution, including schedules, budgets, subcontractor coordination, safety, and compliance with healthcare-specific regulations, ensuring successful delivery of hospitals, clinics, and medical office facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Develop, monitor, and manage project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
• Coordinate subcontractors, architects, engineers, and clients to ensure project quality and alignment
• Enforce safety protocols and healthcare-specific compliance
• Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and resolve issues proactively
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress reports
• Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager in healthcare construction
• Proven record of long tenure with previous employer(s) demonstrating stability and commitment
• Direct experience with hospitals, clinics, medical office buildings, or similar healthcare facilities
• Strong knowledge of construction codes, safety standards, and healthcare-specific regulations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with project management software (Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, or similar)
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
