Job Summary:
The HRIS Manager is responsible for overseeing the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the organization’s Human Resource Information System (HRIS), with a focus on Workday. This role partners with HR, IT, and business leaders to ensure data integrity, streamline HR processes, and support strategic workforce initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day administration, configuration, and support of Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, etc.). Lead system implementations, upgrades, integrations, and process improvements. Ensure accuracy and security of HR data and reporting. Partner with HR teams and stakeholders to identify needs and deliver system solutions. Train and support end users on Workday functionality. Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics to support decision-making.
Qualifications: Proven experience managing HRIS systems, with strong expertise in Workday. Solid understanding of HR processes, compliance, and data governance. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
