Must have experience sourcing materials and components, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring timely delivery to support production goals. Ideal candidates will have experience in

Essential Functions Source and purchase mechanical, electrical, and turbine-related components to support manufacturing and operations Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, price, and delivery targets Monitor market trends and supplier performance to optimize cost and lead times Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to align purchasing decisions with product requirements Review purchase requisitions and issue POs in accordance with company policies Track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and maintain accurate records in procurement systems Support negotiations for contracts and long-term supply agreements Ensure compliance with quality standards and corporate procurement policies Identify cost-saving opportunities and support inventory control initiatives

Experience Required
Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related field preferred 5+ years of experience in procurement (rotating equipment, turbine systems-- REQUIRED) Must have experience with supply chain principles, inventory control, and contract negotiations Experience sourcing
turbine parts or rotating equipment Familiarity with ISO standards and vendor audits Knowledge of energy sector regulatory compliance APICS or ISM certification is a plus
