General Manager
to lead a high-performing manufacturing division, aligning operational performance with corporate goals and driving measurable results. What You’ll Do As the
General Manager , you will: Lead Talent & Culture:
Champion a culture of safety, engagement, and professional development. Mentor and grow a high-performing leadership team while fostering strong union relationships. Drive Operational Excellence:
Oversee daily operations, ensure cost efficiency, and manage performance to meet budget and P&L targets. Shape Strategy & Growth:
Define bold goals, identify new markets, oversee capital planning, and lead strategic planning cycles. Build Customer Relationships:
Support key customer accounts, host visits, and enhance customer satisfaction through proactive engagement. Foster a Collaborative Culture:
Promote teamwork, community outreach, and engagement in corporate initiatives. Success Looks Like A fully staffed and high-performing leadership team. Achievement of safety, engagement, and operational performance targets. Positive feedback from employees, customers, and senior leadership. Timely completion of strategic initiatives aligned with long-term growth. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in
Engineering, Business, or a related field ;
MBA preferred . 10+ years of
progressive leadership experience
in manufacturing. Proven expertise in
union environments
and
cross-functional leadership . Strong financial acumen and
