Overview
We are seeking a part-time, remote Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys supporting others, and is eager to contribute to meaningful work while maintaining a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities
- Managing email communications, scheduling meetings, and maintaining calendars.
- Preparing and formatting documents, reports, and presentations.
- Supporting internal and external communications, including drafting correspondence.
- Assisting with data entry, recordkeeping, and file management in digital systems.
- Coordinating virtual meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting notes when needed.
- Maintaining confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
- Providing general administrative support to multiple departments as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with cloud-based tools such as Google Workspace, Zoom, or Teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
- A high degree of professionalism, discretion, and respect for confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or degree preferred.
