Experienced Retail Sales Associate - The Paper Store, West Lebanon, NH

We’re looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Sales Associates. In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering an exceptional shopping experience using our G.U.E.S.T. service approach. From greeting customers and helping them find the right products to maintaining store appearance and assisting at checkout, you’ll play an essential role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service by modeling the G.U.E.S.T. approach
• Greet every customer warmly and understand their needs through open-ended questions
• Share detailed product knowledge and recommend additional items
• Invite customers to return with sincere and friendly closing interactions
• Serve as a brand ambassador by consistently representing our values
• Contribute to a respectful and professional team atmosphere
• Maintain professional appearance in line with company standards
• Support sales efforts across all channels to drive store success
• Accurately process transactions and promotions at the POS
• Keep up-to-date with promotions and ensure accurate implementation
• Participate in training and development opportunities
• Assist with stocking, organizing, and visual merchandising
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and assigned tasks

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience preferred but not required
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong multitasking and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and POS systems
• Able to stand for long periods and lift items up to 50 lbs.
