Tag Conservation is hiring: Construction / Maintenance Worker in Fort Lauderdale

Performs a variety of skilled duties in building trades, such as painting, carpentry, minor electrical work, or other recognized crafts, for the purpose of maintaining and repairing buildings.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Assists and performs semi-skilled tasks of a general nature related to maintenance, repair, and construction for the upkeep of the building.
2. Assists and performs installation, maintenance, repair, and construction work in basic building maintenance trades, such as carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, locksmithing, carpet installation, and mechanics.
3. Assists and performs functions in the construction, installation, and maintenance of roofs, furniture, fences, cabinets, shelving, marker boards / chalkboards, tack boards, and other structures and items.
4. Prepares and paints walls and woodwork or performs other refinishing tasks; installs or repairs carpets; performs custodial duties as required.
5. Willingness to travel to different buildings is required.

Qualifications / Requirements: Valid driver's license is required.
