Delivery Driver opportunity with full time impact on our NAPA Integrated Business Solutions (IBS) division! This role involves working outside the office/store environment, delivering parts and serving customers on the road. What is NAPA Integrated Business Solutions (IBS)

We manage Parts so businesses don’t have to. The NAPA Integrated Business Solutions (IBS) program is a partnership with companies that need on-site assistance running a highly efficient parts department within their business — a “Store inside a Store/Company.” We partner with places such as ground support maintenance stations for major airlines, government vehicle maintenance stations, utility companies, construction companies, car dealerships and more. NAPA provides parts management, supply chain expertise, customer care, and support to improve customer efficiencies and bottom lines as we manage their parts departments.

What you will be doing

  • Delivering parts to customers with a passion for developing relationships
  • Picking up parts from multiple vendors, ensuring stock room parts are accurately stocked and inventory is maintained
  • Maintaining safety focus while driving and delivering parts
  • Serving as a NAPA Brand Ambassador during deliveries
  • Building long-term relationships with customers you deliver to
  • Maintaining the delivery truck through safety checklists, keeping it clean, and performing basic maintenance (e.g., correct tire pressure)

What you’ll need

  • Agility to bend to floor-level shelves and reach upper shelves (eight feet) with stool/ladder; stamina to stand/walk entire shift and lift up to 60 lbs
  • Ability to handle cash transactions and returns
  • Maintaining a distribution log or tracking system for deliveries/pickups
  • Inspecting, protecting and maintaining company assets, merchandise, vehicles, building and people
  • Clear speaking and attentive listening skills
  • Ability to drive throughout the metropolitan area using maps/directions
  • Flexibility with schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Valid Driver’s License

This position offers a starting hourly rate of $17.02. Many hourly positions have pay progression with set starting rates; you may reach the top end of this range within 12 months of hire. For other positions, starting rate will be determined by individual skills, experience, and qualifications.
