This is a Delivery Driver opportunity that truly delivers on being a NAPA brand ambassador. This role is outside the store, serving customers on the road. A NAPA Delivery Driver can be a long-term career path as a Driver, a way to explore other careers at NAPA, or a means to earn additional income.

What you'll be doing

• Delivering parts to customers with a passion for developing relationships
• Picking up parts from vendors, ensuring stock room parts are accurately stocked and maintaining inventory
• Staying consistently focused on safety while driving and delivering parts
• Serving as a NAPA Brand Ambassador during deliveries and meeting customers
• Building long-term relationships with customers you deliver to
• Maintaining the delivery truck through safety checks, keeping the vehicle clean, and performing basic maintenance (e.g., correct tire pressure)
• Other duties as needed

What you'll need

• Ability to bend to floor-level shelves and reach upper shelves (up to eight feet) with a stool or ladder when necessary; stamina to stand and walk for an entire shift; ability to lift up to 60 lbs
• Able to handle cash transactions correctly and manage core/part returns
• Maintaining a distribution log or tracking system for deliveries and pickups
• Inspecting, protecting, and maintaining company assets, merchandise, vehicles, building and people
• Clear speaking and attentive listening skills
• Ability to navigate the metropolitan area using maps and directions
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Valid Driver's License
