Job Description: As a Security Guard - Residential Patrol - Morning Shift in Lahaina, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential and more . As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment within a residential community. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the location, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to residents and visitors. This is a driving post, so you will be responsible for operating a vehicle while performing your patrol duties. You will be the first point of contact for any security-related concerns, responding promptly and professionally to situations as they arise. - Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
- Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential community and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
- Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help to deter unauthorized access and report any suspicious activity.
- Document and report all incidents, observations, and activities according to site and Allied Universal protocols.
- Assist residents and visitors with inquiries and provide information about the location as needed.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when required, following established procedures.
- Availability across various days and shifts

- A valid driver's license is required and must meet Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements.
- A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
