We are seeking a reliable and professional Office Receptionist to join our Boston team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients, guests, and employees-ensuring a welcoming environment while handling administrative tasks that support the smooth operation of the office.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
- Maintain the reception area and meeting rooms in a tidy and presentable condition
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room availability
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist other departments with administrative support when required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role is highly desirable
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
