Graduate from PLACE Launch Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly Consult with buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and identify homes Negotiate offers on behalf of clients Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology Conduct two open houses monthly Convert prospecting and lead generation activities into appointments Participate in weekly script practice and team activities Attend weekly coaching sessions, trainings, and partner calls Consult with sellers, convert to listings, and market homes Demonstrate expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and listing services Qualifications
You are a motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit, excellent at building rapport, listening, and solution identification. Prospecting and lead generation are your strengths. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator committed to service.
