Overview
Vehicle Delivery Driver at Carvana. We are looking for Customer Advocates with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience to join a fast-growing team at Carvana, a leading used automotive retailer in the U.S.
Join to deliver vehicles directly to customers and support the car-hauling process as part of the Carvana experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver vehicles straight to customers' doors with our car haulers (a commercial license is not required to drive the hauler; training is provided).
- Frequently load/unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect the vehicle for safe operation.
- Complete customer paperwork and add thorough notes in the customer tracking system.
- Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with Carvana's CMV Driver Qualification policy.
- Obtain a Notary in your local jurisdiction within the first 90 days of employment (process sponsored by Carvana). This may involve state-specific requirements. Review local state notary requirements for details.
- Meet state-specific requirements related to access to DMV/title and registration systems.
- Illinois, Michigan, Louisiana, and Missouri employees must obtain a Chauffeur's license or other state specialty license within the first two weeks (process sponsored by Carvana).
- California employees must obtain a Vehicle Verifier license within the first 90 days (sponsored by Carvana).
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of customer-facing experience; able to perform physically demanding tasks such as detailing and loading/unloading vehicles in various weather conditions.
- Ability to walk/stand for extended periods (8+ hours) and perform physical movements (reaching, twisting, kneeling, crouching, climbing, balancing, squatting).
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Must be able to grasp, carry, lift, push, and pull items up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent driving with a valid driver's license; able to meet visual acuity and dexterity requirements; reasonable accommodations may be provided.
Compensation and Benefits
- Starting hourly rate: $20/hr, with pay ranges up to $22/hr; opportunities for growth based on performance.

General Requirements
- Must pass a drug test and obtain a DOT Medical Card.
