Bachelor’s degree preferred
5+ years of administrative or executive assistant experience
Background in finance, consulting, or fast-paced corporate environments preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Polished, professional demeanor with the highest level of confidentiality
Self-starter able to work independently while supporting remote executives
Flexible, proactive, and comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
***** Provide direct support to the CEO, under the supervision of the Chief of Staff. Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, book travel, and process expenses Provide administrative support for national team. Assist with travel and office coordination for executives, including scheduling, desk/office assignments, and logistics. Support periodic board meetings and events held in-office, including catering, materials preparation, setup, and hotel/flight coordination as needed. Provide light personal assistance as needed, including reservations and family travel arrangements. Maintain flexibility with in-office ***** generally Monday–Thursday (9am–5pm) with occasional Fridays as needed.
