Exciting Tax Director Position
Our client, a CPA firm, is searching for a Senior Tax Accounting Director to manage all operations. This position will assist the partners with running engagements, mentoring/training staff, and reviewing work for accuracy. This job is hybrid in nature with 1-2 days a week in the office and the remainder remote. Local candidates in the Greater New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Northern Delaware area only should apply.

Preview and review Federal, State and Local tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and closely held companies. Help schedule and spearhead engagements with the team. Maintain substantial experience with 1040, 1065, 1120, 1041 returns. Monitor workflows and resolve day-to-day inquiries and issues. Be detailed and deadline-oriented. Assist with overseeing bookkeeping for closely held and small companies. Qualifications
Four-year degree in Accounting, preferably with a CPA and/or EA. Experience with QuickBooks and Ultratax software. 10+ years of management experience working for a small or mid-sized CPA firm. Employment details
