Overview As one of the largest and most widely-recognized tenant improvement firms in Northern California, we are expanding our project management team for talented up-and-coming individuals. Salary range is $100,000 - $130,000 per year.

Base Salary: 100-130k Annual Bonus (~10-15%) Car Allowance and Gas Card 3 Weeks PTO Comprehensive Healthcare Benefits (Vision and Dental 100% company-paid) 401k with match Job Details Responsibilities: Schedule and attend job walks Identify subs, prepare bidder RFPs and qualify bids Assist in creating project schedules Prepare subcontractor agreements and keep insurance certificates current Assist with permit process and city inspections Prepare meeting minutes and weekly status reports Identify, track, and assist with preparing project potential change orders (PCOs) Assist Project Managers with updating project budgets and forecasts Track, review and maintain RFIs, submittals, shop drawings and samples Code all documents for jobsite filing Complete project close-out documentation and assist in punch list tracking and review Assist the Project Manager and Superintendent with daily management of a variety of construction projects Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field 3+ years of commercial construction experience at a General Contractor Prior experience with commercial tenant improvements (life sciences, advanced technology, and corporate office/campus experience strongly preferred) Knowledge of construction principles, techniques and procedures including project estimating and scheduling Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite, Project Management Software, Estimating Software, and Scheduling Software How to apply Interested in hearing more?
