Our client is looking for a Manager, Recruiting Operations to add to their team in Santa Clara, CA. Reporting directly to the Head of Recruiting, you will lead efficiency improvements, integrate emerging technologies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. The team values agility and simplicity but also recognizes the need for structured systems, data, and programs. Using your experience, judgement and decision-making skills, you will optimize workflows, from AI enabled automation, to headcount/data management and analysis. Responsibilities
Lead and own recruiting operations; manage a distributed team
Ensure alignment between candidate experience and business goals
Design, implement, and continuously optimize recruiting systems and programs
Ensure recruiting operations have the appropriate infrastructure to scale
Identify and implement process improvements; enhance recruiting efficiency and effectiveness
Solve problems creatively and autonomously while using good judgement
Own recruiting tools and subscriptions; vet and pitch new tools
Embrace emerging technology; drive innovation within recruiting operations
Develop and deliver recruiting analytics; improve data and tracking
Partner with colleagues and leadership to ensure alignment and effective execution
Maintain intentional, high-quality hiring practices
Qualifications
8+ years of recruiting operations experience required
High-growth tech experience required
Track record of designing, implementing and managing large-scale recruiting programs required
3+ years of management experience required
Distributed team management experience required
Comfort and experience with AI tools and recruiting systems required
Data tracking, reporting and optimization/automation experience required
