We’re looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Manager to lead inventory operations and ensure accuracy across all warehouse activities. This role is central to maintaining optimal stock levels, streamlining inventory processes, and supporting cross-functional coordination with procurement, distribution, and client services. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Core Responsibilities Inventory Oversight : Manage daily inventory functions including receiving, storing, counting, and distribution of goods. Exception Handling : Address non-conforming products and oversee distress inventory management. System Accuracy : Maintain precise inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS). Auditing & Reconciliation : Conduct cycle counts, stock audits, and resolve discrepancies to uphold inventory integrity. Stock Monitoring : Track inventory levels and report on shortages, excess stock, and slow-moving items. Loss Prevention : Implement controls to minimize shrinkage, damage, and errors. Organization & Safety : Ensure inventory is properly labeled, stored, and accessible while complying with safety standards. Team Leadership : Train and supervise warehouse staff involved in inventory tasks. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, or warehouse operations. Strong understanding of inventory control methods and WMS platforms. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory software tools. Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and analytical skills. Proven leadership abilities and collaborative mindset.
