We are currently seeking a
Project Manager
with strong leadership and organizational skills to manage all phases of commercial construction projects, from pre-construction through closeout.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee planning, coordination, and execution of commercial construction projects. Manage project budgets, schedules, and contract compliance. Lead communication between owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams. Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, delays, and change orders. Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and reports. Participate in estimating, bidding, and pre-construction planning efforts. Ensure adherence to safety regulations and promote a safety-first culture. Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality and schedule compliance.
