Out-of-State Travel Required About the Company: Commercial Construction Group is a fast-growing construction firm known for delivering high-quality commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects across state lines. With a commitment to excellence, safety, and client satisfaction, we are looking for a seasoned Senior Project Manager to join our team and lead multi-million-dollar projects from concept through completion. Position Overview: The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all phases of construction projects, including pre-construction planning, scope development, estimating, and onsite execution. This role requires frequent out-of-state travel to manage project activities and coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and on-site teams. This is a key leadership role for someone with a strong background in project planning, estimating, and field execution in the commercial or industrial construction sectors. Key Responsibilities: Lead project planning, execution, and closeout across multiple job sites. Travel to out-of-state project locations to provide on-site leadership and support. Develop detailed project scopes, budgets, and resource plans in collaboration with estimators, engineers, and clients. Prepare and review accurate cost estimates during pre-construction and bidding phases. Manage schedules, subcontractors, permits, safety compliance, and inspections. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders. Monitor financial performance, change orders, and risk mitigation strategies. Ensure projects meet quality standards, timelines, and budget targets. Mentor junior project managers and site supervisors as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of project management experience in commercial, industrial, or institutional construction.
