Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex construction projects and deliver outstanding results. This role will provide overall direction, leadership, and accountability for project outcomes, including operational execution, profitability, safety, and administration. The Senior Project Manager will collaborate with preconstruction, field operations, and executive leadership to ensure project success from concept through completion.

Key Responsibilities Leadership & Safety – Drive a culture of safety excellence by modeling commitment to an injury-free workplace, mentoring others, and investigating safety incidents when needed. Preconstruction Support – Partner with estimating teams on quantity takeoffs, trade coordination, scope development, bid package creation, schedule development, bid list creation, and bid advertisement. Buyout & Subcontracts – Lead buyout schedule planning, verify pricing and scope, conduct gap analyses, and manage issuance of subcontracts. Project Execution – Oversee submittal schedules, review and approve shop drawings and samples, and ensure timely return of approvals to meet project deadlines. Risk Management – Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively throughout all phases. Client & Stakeholder Communication – Lead client-facing discussions during preconstruction, manage project progress updates, and maintain strong relationships to ensure alignment with goals. Budget & Productivity Oversight – Complete project estimating, analyze productivity, and recommend cost and schedule optimizations. Team Leadership – Manage, mentor, and develop project team members, ensuring alignment with company strategy and objectives.

Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (required). Experience: 10–15+ years of experience in commercial construction, including large-scale concrete projects ($100M+). Management Experience: Proven success leading project teams, managing subcontractors, and overseeing field operations.
