Hybrid, rotating shifts — must be available for all shifts 9:30am–6:30pm (in-office) 1:00pm–10:00pm (remote) Weekend availability required (weekends are work-from-home) Schedules will flex weekly. Client will assign shifts — no accommodations can be made. Responsibilities Deliver an elevated customer experience across phone, email, and chat Convert inquiries into sales while meeting/exceeding KPIs Build and maintain client relationships through personalized outreach Provide tailored product knowledge and styling advice Resolve customer inquiries efficiently (orders, returns, product info) Accurately log interactions in CRM and support operational efficiency Qualifications Bilingual in French and English (required) 2+ years in retail, customer service, sales, or hospitality Strong communication and relationship-building skills Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets Experience with CRM systems, Salesforce, or similar tools Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
