Client will assign shifts — no accommodations can be made. Responsibilities Deliver an elevated customer experience through

email, chat, text, and social media channels Respond to inquiries quickly and professionally with strong written communication skills Convert client inquiries into sales while meeting/exceeding KPIs Provide tailored product knowledge and styling advice Resolve customer issues efficiently (orders, returns, product info) Accurately log all interactions in CRM and support operational efficiency Qualifications Exceptional

written communication

skills with attention to tone, grammar, and detail 2+ years in retail, customer service, sales, or hospitality Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets through digital channels Experience with CRM systems, Salesforce, or similar tools Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
