Responsibilities include:
Coordinating infusion and nursing services for the pharmacy
Handle incoming referral calls and completing referral forms
Complete patient admit packets for all new patients and forward to the dispatcher
Provide pharmacy with orders
Communicate with and document all communications and authorizations with case managers, nurse agencies, patient/caregiver, physicians, insurance, and pharmacists into CPR+.
Open to remote candidates who meet all of the the below qualifications.
Qualifications required:
Must have at least one year of Specialty Pharmacy/Intake experience
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
Fluency in a second language is a plus
Must have High School diploma or higher
Must be able to travel for initial training (company-paid)
