An opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy services within a K-12 school setting. This contract position supports two students, delivering critical ABA interventions aligned with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Responsibilities: Provide ABA therapy services to two students, each requiring three hours of therapy per week. Implement ABA interventions directly in the students special education classrooms. Collaborate with special education staff to integrate behavior plans and supports within the classroom environment. Track and document student progress regularly to inform ongoing treatment planning. Assist in training and guiding paraprofessionals and educators as needed. Qualifications: Active BCBA certification. Experience designing and implementing ABA programs in educational settings. Strong skills in classroom integration and collaboration with school personnel. Ability to work independently and manage multiple student caseloads. Familiarity with IEP documentation and compliance. Location & Schedule:This role serves two elementary schools located near each other in Kingsport, Tennessee. The work schedule is part-time, approximately 12 hours per week, within school hours from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. This position offers professionals the chance to contribute directly to student progress by embedding ABA strategies in real classroom contexts. The contract spans a full school year, providing a stable and meaningful clinical experience.
