Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Jonesborough, Tennessee

A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is needed to provide specialized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to two K-12 students under their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). This contract position runs for the full school year, offering part-time hours totaling 12 per week. Responsibilities: Deliver ABA therapy as outlined in each students IEP, providing 3 hours of direct therapy per student Collaborate with special education teachers by pushing into classrooms to implement ABA strategies Monitor and document student progress during therapeutic interventions Adjust behavior plans as necessary to meet student needs within the educational setting Communicate regularly with school staff to coordinate services and support Qualifications: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required Experience providing in-school ABA therapy preferred Ability to work collaboratively with educators and support staff Strong documentation and communication skills Knowledge of special education regulations and IEP implementation Location:ABA therapy services are delivered in two elementary schools located just a few miles apart in Kingsport, Tennessee, within convenient travel distance.
