Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Kingsport, Tennessee

This contract opportunity is for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services in a K-12 school setting located in Kingsport, TN. The position involves working part-time, approximately 12 hours per week during the school year, with flexible scheduling within regular school hours of 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Responsibilities: Deliver ABA therapy to two individual students, each requiring 3 hours of therapy per week as outlined in their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs). Implement ABA interventions by pushing into the students special education classrooms. Collaborate with educational staff to ensure therapy goals align with overall student progress. Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress. Qualifications: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential is required. Experience providing ABA therapy in school settings preferred. Ability to work effectively within classroom environments and coordinate with special education personnel. Strong communication and organizational skills. Location:The therapy services will be provided at two elementary schools located just a few miles apart in Kingsport, TN.
