Are you organized, proactive, and passionate about helping people find the right fit? Our client, a global leader in apparel, footwear, and accessories, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Assistant to join their team and support seasonal hiring efforts, helping connect people to the lifestyles and experiences they love through iconic outdoor, active, and workwear brands.
You Will: Assist with high-volume recruitment for seasonal warehouse positions, including reviewing resumes, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews. Communicate with candidates via phone, email, and in-person to provide updates and answer questions. Support onboarding activities, including document collection, orientation scheduling, and new hire follow-ups. Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with hiring procedures. Collaborate with recruiting, warehouse leadership, and HR teams to understand staffing needs and hiring timelines. Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed.
You Have: Previous experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative support. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with ATS platforms is a plus. Availability to work on-site in Jonestown, PA at least 3 days per week. Flexibility to support occasional hiring events outside standard business hours.
