We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support our operations. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, organizing, and distributing materials and tools used on job sites. You will play a key part in keeping projects running smoothly by ensuring inventory is well-managed and deliveries are made accurately and on time.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments of materials, fixtures, and supplies.
- Accurately pick and prepare orders for job sites based on project needs and schedules.
- Load and unload trucks safely, following proper lifting techniques and safety procedures.
- Maintain an organized and clean warehouse, ensuring materials are easy to locate and accessible.
- Track inventory levels, report shortages, and assist in reordering materials when necessary.
- Coordinate with project managers and field teams to schedule and deliver materials to job sites.
- Assist in managing returns, damaged goods, and warranty items.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely (certification preferred).
- Follow company policies and OSHA safety guidelines at all times.
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehouse, construction supply, or logistics roles preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50+ lbs regularly.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and shipping systems.
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one.
- Strong communication skills and teamwork mentality.
- Availability to work Monday – Friday during the window of 7:30 am - 5:00 pm.
- The ability to lift and move heavy boxes 50-75 lbs. Regularly.
- Knowledge and experience with forklifts and reach machines required. At least 1-year prior experience.
- Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
