Job Description
Pay Range: $13hr - $18hr
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Produce correspondence, reports, and other documentation. File documents, maintain and track suspense files, photocopy, and send and receive facsimile transmissions.
- Provide back-up telephone support. Process invoices and billings. Maintain records.
- Maintain unit attendance records, library, and manuals. Record meeting minutes.
- Make travel arrangements.
- Maintain adequate supply inventory and order supplies as needed.
Additional Functions and Responsibilities
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Support the organization's quality programs.
Education And Licensing
- High school diploma or GED required.
Experience
- One year of experience in general office administrative duties or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Experience with an insurance company, broker, or consultant preferred.
- Six months of clerical or customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Skills And Knowledge
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Strong analytical and interpretive skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to meet or exceed performance competencies.
Work Environment

- Physical: Computer keyboarding and travel as required.
