Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of healthcare construction projects ranging from $5M–$50M+
Collaborate closely with owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams from preconstruction through closeout
Manage project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor performance to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
Provide mentorship to assistant project managers and field staff
Promote a safety-first culture and uphold exceptional standards of quality
5+ years of experience in construction project management, with at least 2 years in healthcare (hospitals, outpatient facilities, medical office buildings, etc.)
~ Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
~ Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Project, and other construction management tools
~ Stable and respected company with deep roots in the community and industry
