A full-time opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide specialized support in a K-12 educational setting in Plainfield, IL. This role is designed to cover an FMLA leave, with a contract duration from mid-October through the end of January. The position requires onsite presence to collaborate effectively with staff and students. Key Responsibilities: Implement and oversee behavior intervention plans tailored to individual student needs. Conduct assessments and analyze data to guide decision-making and improve student outcomes. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and adjust behavior strategies. Provide training and support to educational staff on behavior management techniques. Monitor progress and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school policies. Qualifications: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required. Experience working in K-12 educational environments preferred.
