Certified Grades 6 - 8 Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Columbus, Ohio

A full-time position is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide specialized behavioral support services across grades K-12 in a Columbus, OH school setting. This itinerant role focuses on serving students from kindergarten through 12th grade with individualized behavior analysis strategies throughout the school year on a contract basis. Key responsibilities include: Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify students' behavioral needs Developing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored to student requirements Actively participating in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to collaborate with educators and families Providing consultations as needed to support teachers and staff in behavior management strategies Managing a caseload spanning grades K-5, 6-8, and 9-12 to ensure effective interventions Qualifications: Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required Experience working with school-age children in grades K-12 preferred Strong skills in conducting FBAs and implementing BIPs Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams during IEP meetings Excellent communication and consultation skills This contract role offers an exemplary opportunity for a certified BCBA looking to impact students behavioral and educational outcomes in a dynamic school environment.
