Certified Grades 6 - 8 Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Westerville, Oh

A full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position is available to support students across grades K-12 in a school setting located in Westerville, OH. This contract role covers the current school year (CSY) and involves providing itinerant behavioral services with a focus on middle and high school students, as well as elementary grades. Responsibilities include: Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to evaluate student behavior and identify underlying causes Developing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored to individual student needs Actively participating in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to collaborate with educators, families, and support staff Providing consultations to staff and families as needed to promote positive behavioral outcomes Qualifications and Experience: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required and must be current at the time of hire Experience working with students across a wide range of grade levels from K through 12 is highly desired Ability to work itinerantly within the school district and manage a varied caseload effectively This opportunity offers the chance to apply behavioral expertise in a dynamic educational environment, positively impacting student development and success.
