Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

to support a school district in the

Columbus, Ohio area . This is a

full-time, onsite position

running from

ASAP through the end of the school year (May2026) . The BCBA will serve a

K12 itinerant caseload , providing assessments, interventions, and consultation to ensure students academic and behavioral success. Responsibilities: Conduct

Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) . Develop and implement

Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) . Attend and actively participate in

IEP meetings . Provide

consultation and training

to teachers, staff, and families as needed. Monitor student progress and adjust strategies/interventions accordingly. Qualifications: Active

BCBA certification

(required). Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field. Previous

school-based experience preferred . Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. Position Details: Dates:
