full-time, onsite position
supporting students, staff, and families in creating effective behavioral strategies that promote academic and social success. Candidates with strong
FBA (Functional Behavior Assessment) experience
are highly encouraged to apply. Responsibilities: Conduct FBAs and develop individualized behavior intervention plans. Provide direct and consultative support to teachers, paraprofessionals, and families. Train staff in the implementation of ABA strategies and behavior plans. Monitor and evaluate student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary. Collaborate with IEP teams to ensure behavioral and academic goals are aligned. Qualifications: Active
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
certification (required). Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field. Previous experience in a school setting preferred. Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. Position Details: Schedule:
