This contract position offers a 32.5-hour workweek and involves district-wide responsibilities, primarily onsite with potential for flexible scheduling if applicable. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized behavioral intervention plans for students across K-12 grade levels. Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to promote positive behavioral outcomes. Conduct assessments and data analysis to monitor student progress and adjust strategies accordingly. Provide training and support to school personnel on behavior management techniques. Deliver presentations and reports as needed to administrative staff and stakeholders. Desired Qualifications: Current BCBA certification. Experience working in educational settings with diverse student populations. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with school teams and present findings. Ability to manage multiple cases across a district-wide setting.
