Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Plainfield, NJ

An opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide full-time support during a maternity leave assignment from September 4, 2025, through November 10, 2025. This contractual position is within a K-12 educational setting located in Plainfield, NJ. Key responsibilities include: Implementing and monitoring behavior intervention plans for students across K-12 grades Conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and developing individualized behavior support strategies Collaborating with educators, therapists, and parents to optimize student progress Providing training and guidance to staff regarding behavior management techniques Data collection and analysis to ensure effective treatment outcomes Qualifications: Current BCBA certification Experience working with K-12 student populations in educational environments Strong skills in behavior assessment, intervention planning, and progress monitoring Ability to communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and families Reliable and professional with commitment to the specified contract duration This role offers the chance to contribute your expertise in applied behavior analysis within a dynamic school setting while supporting students during a transitional period.
