Position Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Minneapolis, MN, 55402 - Hybrid

Contract Duration - 9+ Months Contract 

Payrate: $24.00 per hour on W2

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Responsibilities:

• We are hiring Service Professional to support Corporate, Commercial, Business Banking and Wealth Management clients as they transition to our new application.  

• These individuals will handle high volume of inquiries received.  

• The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent phone etiquette, professionalism, and strong multitasking abilities.

• They should be quick learners, resourceful in problem solving, and skilled at navigating errors to deliver timely resolutions.

• Respond to client inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.

• Troubleshoot and resolve application-related problems and errors efficiently.

• Provide clear guidance and support to customers navigating the new system.

• Document customer interactions and resolutions accuately.

• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues when necessary.

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.

• Excellent phone etiquette and written communication skills.

• Strong multitasking abilities and attention to details.

• Resourceful problem solver, able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Previous customer service and technical support experience preferred.
