• Develop and implement training initiatives to promote employee development and organizational success.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and organizational policies across all HR activities.
• Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive data-informed decisions.• Proven experience in a Human Resources leadership role, with a strong track record in employee relations.
• Solid understanding of HR administration, including benefits management and compliance.
• Proficiency in using and managing Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
• Experience in onboarding processes and employee lifecycle management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to train and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
• Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in HR management.
