D365 Business Analyst
We’re looking for a D365 Business Analyst to join our IT Business Applications team. This role bridges business needs and technology, supporting Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, troubleshooting issues, and driving process improvements across financial and operational functions.
What You’ll Do:
Support D365 Finance & Operations users, especially during month-end close.
Gather and document business requirements, translating them into system solutions.
Assist with system design, testing, implementation, and user training.
Maintain system documentation, audit reports, and SOX-compliant access controls.
Troubleshoot integrations, monitor alerts, and suggest process improvements.
What We’re Looking For:
1–2 years in application support or business analysis.
Experience with ERP systems (D365 F&O strongly preferred).
Knowledge of finance processes (AP, AR, GL, treasury, asset management).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Bachelor’s in Business, IT, or related field.
