D365 Business Analyst
We’re looking for a D365 Business Analyst to join our IT Business Applications team. In this role, you’ll bridge business and technology—supporting Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, troubleshooting issues, and driving process improvements that keep our operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
- Support D365 Finance & Operations end users and resolve system issues.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Assist with system design, testing, implementation, and user training.
- Maintain documentation, audit reports, and SOX-compliant access controls.
- Monitor integrations, troubleshoot alerts, and suggest process enhancements.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–2 years of experience in application support or business analysis.
- ERP experience required (D365 F&O strongly preferred).
- Familiarity with finance processes (AP, AR, treasury, asset management).
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
