LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a company based in the Portland metro area to hire an experienced Office Manager. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping operations running smoothly.

Portland, OR (on-site) Duration:
Temporary assignment Hours/Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Compensation:
$25 - $34 per hour, depending on experience
Responsibilities: Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and organization Manage scheduling, correspondence, and communication between departments Maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships Support leadership with administrative tasks, reporting, and documentation Assist in onboarding and coordinating with new team members Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Qualifications:
Previous experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office technology Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
Pay Details:
$25.00 to $34.00 per hour
