Description As a Manager on our Merchant Sentiment Operations team, you will oversee the day-to-day operations and long-term success of your Merchant Sentiment team.
Were looking for someone ***** People management experience Solution-focused mindset Natural capacity to effectively manage groups of people to achieve collective goals Our best Managers are team-first, manage change well, and have experience guiding and motivating people at all levels across a variety of responsibilities.
As a people leader, you will be responsible ***** Fostering team collaboration, employee development, and problem-solving Being physically present in our corporate Tempe office (essential for facilitating in-person 1:1 meetings with direct reports, connecting with cross-functional partners, immediate problem-solving, and nurturing a collaborative team environment)
Must-Haves At least 2 years of people leadership experience Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Passion for developing teams to meet a high talent bar Familiarity with Salesforce, JIRA, and Workday systems
Nice-to-Have Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets Project Management experience
